As the countdown narrows to just 63 days, anticipation is soaring for the 6th edition of the Arsenal Africa Fans Festival, set to take place from April 18–20, 2025, in Kigali, Rwanda. This prestigious gathering, renowned for blending charity, sports, tourism, and unwavering football passion, will bring together Arsenal supporters from across Africa for an unforgettable experience. Organized by Arsenal Uganda, an officially registered supporters’ club, the event promises a thrilling spectacle of camaraderie, football enthusiasm, and impactful community initiatives.

Under the leadership of Chairman Abdu Sulaiman Semugenyi, Arsenal Uganda has meticulously planned an array of activities leading up to and following the festival. From a mega game viewing of Arsenal vs. Manchester United on March 8, 2025, to the Arsenal Uganda Marathon on June 28, 2025, and the Annual Tournament Grand Finale on August 9, 2025, the calendar is brimming with electrifying engagements. Notably, the launch of the Arsenal Uganda SACCO and a series of health, social, and economic initiatives underscore the club’s commitment to community development beyond football.

One of the festival’s key highlights is its charity-driven approach, emphasizing giving back to communities and fostering social impact. Participants will partake in outreach programs, fundraising efforts, and advocacy campaigns aimed at supporting underprivileged groups. The event also seeks to promote sports tourism, as fans will have the opportunity to explore Rwanda’s breathtaking landscapes, cultural heritage, and hospitality, making the experience both exhilarating and enriching.

With the festival serving as a pinnacle of African Arsenal fandom, organizers are ensuring meticulous preparations, including venue logistics, sponsorships, welfare provisions, and media coverage. The festival’s success will hinge on the seamless coordination of the events team, SACCO leadership, medical personnel, and logistical experts, all working to deliver a world-class experience. Additionally, Arsenal Uganda’s visionary plan extends beyond the festival, with strategic events like the Friendly Match against Manchester United Fans Uganda on September 28, 2025, and a grand end-of-year party in November.
