The draw for the CAF Africa Schools Football Championship Finals sparked excitement in Harare, Zimbabwe. Tournament legends Amanda Dlamini and Esrom Nyandoro conducted the ceremony, pitting top U-15 teams against each other. In the boys’ category, Uganda’s St Mary’s Kitende faces a tough Group A with hosts Zimbabwe, Morocco, and DR Congo. Meanwhile, defending champions Tanzania meets Zambia, Senegal, and Benin in Group B.

The girls’ category sees hosts Zimbabwe paired with Morocco, Zambia, and DR Congo in Group A, while Ghana takes on Guinea, Tanzania, and Burkina Faso in Group B. The tournament kicks off on April 6, with the winner pocketing $300,000 for youth development projects. Second runners up will pocket $200,000 whereas one in third position goes with $150,000
