The Real Stars Sports Monthly Awards recognized the outstanding performances of athletes in various sports in March 2025. In football, Paul Mucureezi, a forward for NEC FC, took home the top honor. Mucureezi scored two goals and four assists in four games, keeping his team in contention for the 2024-2025 title.

In rugby, Israel Makokha, a fly half for the Victoria Sharks, was named the best player. Makokha collected 44 points in three games, leading his team to the playoffs. In rugby, William Nkore and Joseph Aredo were also recognized for their outstanding performances.
