The countdown to the historic Pamoja East Africa 2027 tournament has gathered momentum after the Confederation of African Football (CAF) announced a Request for Information (RFI), inviting potential service providers from across the continent to register for inclusion in its database of prospective suppliers ahead of the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2027.

The move signals the beginning of an important commercial and operational phase for the tournament, with CAF preparing to launch a series of tenders covering a wide range of goods and services required to support the successful delivery of AFCON 2027. The competition, which will be jointly hosted by East African nations under the Pamoja banner, is expected to create significant opportunities for businesses across Africa.
CAF emphasized that the supplier registration process is a prerequisite for participation in the forthcoming tender opportunities. According to the football governing body, only entities that complete registration through CAF’s official procurement portal will receive email notifications once the tenders are officially released.
From logistics and infrastructure support to event operations, hospitality, technology, and other key sectors, AFCON 2027 is shaping up not only as a football spectacle but also as a major economic and sporting ecosystem capable of driving regional partnerships and continental enterprise growth.
Interested companies and service providers are therefore encouraged to complete their registration through CAF’s official tender platform to position themselves for opportunities linked to one of Africa’s most anticipated sporting events on the road to AFCON 2027.
